Tyler and Racheal Zupcic, Founders

Tyler and Racheal Zupcic are living testimonies of what God can do when two broken lives surrender fully to Him. Their story is one of redemption, restoration, and the kind of grace that rewrites every past mistake into purpose.

Racheal grew up in a home marked by abuse, instability, and loneliness. In her early adulthood, she turned to meth to escape the pain and spent ten years caught in addiction.

That life led to multiple arrests and a prison sentence. It was there, in a place of complete brokenness, that she encountered God and experienced true freedom for the first time.

Through years of rebuilding her life and deepening her faith, she found healing and discovered a calling she didn’t yet understand.

When Tyler came to Myrtle Beach in 2023, he was lost in alcoholism and ready to give up. After a failed rehab stint, he crossed paths with Racheal through the church where she was serving, and that connection changed everything.

Racheal prayed over him, spoke life into his hopelessness, and stood beside him as he detoxed. Through her obedience and the power of God, Tyler was completely delivered and set free.

He became the first person her ministry ever blessed before she even knew that is what God was building through her.

The name No Record Found was born from Racheal’s story of redemption. When she applied for a corporate job and chose to self-report her criminal history, the background check came back with the words “No Record Found.”

Those words became a symbol of everything God had done. Her record was wiped clean, her past forgiven, and her future restored. That phrase became more than a report, it became a message of hope for anyone who believes they are beyond grace.

Today, Tyler and Racheal share their story to help others experience that same freedom. No Record Found exists to remind the world that no matter how dark your past may be, God can make all things new. In His mercy, your record is erased, your heart is healed, and your purpose is renewed.

Our Story

No Record Found Ministries began with a simple belief: there is no life too broken for God to restore. What started as an outreach to those in recovery and incarceration has grown into a movement of grace that helps individuals discover their true identity and purpose in Christ.

Through Bible teaching, mentorship, and community partnerships, we meet people right where they are and walk with them toward healing, discipleship, and lasting transformation.

Our Name

Our name comes from a powerful truth. When we come to Jesus, our past is wiped clean. The record of our sin is gone. Heaven’s verdict is: No Record Found.
